Return policy

30-day returns on stock items

You can return most in-stock products within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, complete, and in the original, undamaged packaging with all accessories, manuals and licenses.

1. Request a Return Authorization (RA) number from TR@echowerks.com or your account page before shipping anything back. Returns without an RA number can be refused.
2. Ship the item to the address on your RA within 10 days of receiving it, with the RA number on the outside of the box.
3. We inspect the return and refund the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving it.

Restocking fee

Non-defective returns carry a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived defective.

Items that can't be returned

• Special-order and custom-built items, including LED video wall cabinets, motorized shades and drapery, custom-length cables and custom-engraved or painted parts
• Software, firmware licenses, subscriptions and digital downloads
• Items that have been installed, mounted, configured, or opened from sealed packaging where the manufacturer forbids resale
• Clearance or final-sale items marked as such on the quote

Damaged or defective on arrival

Inspect every shipment when it arrives. Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and product, and note damage on the carrier's delivery receipt for freight shipments. Items that are defective on arrival (DOA) and reported within 7 days of delivery are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

Manufacturer warranty

After the return window, warranty service is handled under the manufacturer's warranty. We pass through all manufacturer warranties and will help you open the claim.

Tax on returns

Sales tax charged on a returned item is refunded with the item's price. Restocking fees are not taxable refunds.
