Special order
LED video walls, motorized shades and other built-to-order items ship on the lead time on your quote, usually confirmed with the manufacturer before you pay.
Freight & job sites
Large items ship LTL freight. Tell us about lift-gate, inside delivery or job-site hours in your quote notes. Inspect on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt.
Sales tax by state
Echo Werks LLC is based in Missouri. We charge sales tax on orders shipped to the states marked Collected below. In states where we don't collect, your organization may owe use tax directly to the state.
Buying tax-free? Upload your exemption or resale certificate in your account. Once approved, orders shipped to that state are not charged sales tax.
